01What this site is
This is an informational website about Neith, a pre-trade advisory and record-keeping product for institutional foreign exchange desks. Neith is in private beta and is offered to institutions only. Nothing on this site is an offer to supply the product, and submitting the access request form does not create any contract or entitlement.
Any supply of the Neith product is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement between Neith AI Ltd and the client institution. Where these terms and that agreement conflict, that agreement prevails.
02The interactive demonstration
READ THIS BEFORE USING THE DEMO
The advisory demo and the compliance report generator on the homepage are illustrations. They run in your browser against static, indicative reference rates and sample figures. They are not connected to live market data, they are not connected to the production Neith service, and their output must not be relied on for any trading, pricing, valuation, risk or compliance decision.
Reference rates, thresholds, statistics and benchmark figures shown in the demonstration are indicative and are provided to show how the product behaves, not to describe any actual market. Do not enter live trade data, client information or any confidential material into the demonstration.
03No advice
Nothing on this site constitutes legal, regulatory, compliance, financial, investment or tax advice, and nothing on it should be treated as a substitute for your own professional judgement or your own regulatory obligations.
References to MiFID II RTS 6, UK MAR, FCA SYSC, SM&CR, COBS and other regulatory material are provided for context. Our description of how Neith supports those obligations is our own characterisation. Neith supports regulatory obligations; it does not discharge them. Determining whether your firm complies with any rule remains your responsibility.
Neith is advisory-only. It does not block, amend, route, cancel or execute trades, and it is not a substitute for the pre-trade controls, kill functionality or supervisory arrangements your firm is required to maintain.
04Accuracy and availability
We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date, and product descriptions and roadmap items may change without notice. Statements about features, coverage and timing describe our current intentions and are not commitments.
We do not warrant that the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it at any time.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system;
- introduce malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the site's operation or availability;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content except as permitted by our robots directives;
- submit false information through the access request form, or submit personal data belonging to someone else without their authority.

All content on this site — including text, design, layout, code, the Neith name and the Neith logo — is owned by or licensed to Neith AI Ltd and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal business evaluation of Neith. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any part of it without our written permission.
Third-party names and regulatory references are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and factual reference only. No affiliation with, or endorsement by, any regulator or named institution is implied.

08Liability
